Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional who embodies our values of "under-promise and over-deliver" and "zero inbox strategy". As our Marketing Director, you'll oversee high-value accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Must-Have's:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Supremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer service mentality with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Ability to perform well under high pressure and time-sensitive environments
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, and Google Console
- Familiarity with design, email automations, UX/UI, and marketing automation platforms
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for high-value accounts
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and client service teams
- Communicate effectively and promptly with clients
- Develop and monitor project timelines and marketing performance reports
- Provide administrative and client service support on assigned accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
- Interpret brand needs and communicate them back to the Creative and Dev teams
- Proactively anticipate and meet client needs
